That’s right you’ve heard of tequila finished in whiskey barrels now we are flipping the script. This limited edition release showcases the artistry of blending traditional American whiskey-making with the vibrant spirit of tequila aging.
Meticulously crafted at the historic Jack Daniel’s distillery, this whiskey begins with the renowned Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey, known for its smooth character and rich flavors. What sets this release apart is its journey of refinement, as it’s then transferred to specially selected tequila barrels for a finishing touch that imparts intriguing new dimensions to the liquid.
During its time in the tequila barrels, the whiskey absorbs the essence of agave and the distinct nuances of the barrels’ previous occupants, resulting in a harmonious marriage of flavors.
Is this something you to look out for? for me it is a maybe I am so-so on Jack Daniels and tequila is okay at best for me but if you are a fan of the Corazon Buffalo Trace collaborations then this is surely one to keep an out out for.
